Pathcare under handed account charges

I received a call from a collection company claiming I owe Pathcare R500. I advised the person that I never ever owed Pathcare any money as I was hospitalised for the service in question about 18 months ago and my medical aid covered all my hospital bills and they even covered for any out of hospital procedures as I was in hospital for a lengthy period due to Covid-19. After explaining this to the lady and asking why did Pathcare not even send me any bill as I have Gap Cover as well and all my bills were settled, she could not answer me and started becoming rude. Pathcare, if this is your under handed way of trying to swindle money from customers then I'm sorry foibg forward I will never make use of your services again. Bear in mind the only company I would opt to go to is Pathcare so due to this, sorry I will make sure never to use your services again.
