PathCare unable to issue me with a receipt

I travel internationally for business, and as part of the requirements for my travel, I have to take a covid test before leaving South Africa. The costs of the test are fully reimbursable by my company, upon presentation of a valid receipt. Pathcare was able to do my covid test, take a card payment for the test, but they are unable to provide me a receipt. According to PathCare, what suffices as a receipt is a statement. PathCare, please note that issuing of receipts is a global standard, I pay, you acknowledge receipt of my payment. Thats how it works worldwide. Yet you are unable to do this? What happened if I payed in cash? Still no receipt??? Pathetic to say the least. Maybe you all should go back to business school and learn the concept of a transactional receipt.

This matter has NOT been resolved.
A statement is not a receipt. Neither is an invoice.
I suggest you and your team look up the business definition and usage of a receipt. Then reply to me. Otherwise you are just wasting my time with these games!
