Pathcare the most pathetic service provider

I received a letter to say i owed money to pathcare. I was back and forth with the medical aid, only to discover that pathcare did not send accounts to the medical aid on time ( eg: 03/08/2020 was only sent to the medical aid in 10/2020). I went to make a payment on27/03/2021. To date i have not received any correspondence or acknowledgement of payment. Lo and behold i receive an sms from an attorney in worcester saying i have been handed over by pathcare. I call pathcare today (30/06/2021) and speak to an agent at accounts, she informs me that i was sent correspondence but to date i have not received any documents. Pathcare is the most pathetic service provider.
