Pathcare sending bills of tests which wasn't requested by the Doctor

If i could give 0 stars i would. Path(care)etic. I received a bill from Pathcare telling that the Medical aid didn't pay for tests and want me to pay it. I requested from the doctor the request note which indicates which tests was asked by the doctor and found that the medical aid paid for that but according to Pathcare 2 more tests was requested and done but i cant see that on the doctors request note. Is that now the new norm to bill people for things not asked by the doctor.
