Pathcare send accounts to wrong person

Hi, This is been stressfull time for all in the world last thing i needed was that Pathcare sends out invoices for payment when i did pay and then sends in email to a M valentine, how can i feel save with knowing they don't know who Iam and what if my results is wrong. I'm still sick as hell and at work what if my results was wrong and i had to go come to work and infected people? what if how do I know the results and all my information is correct? I want to be tested again and not on my behalf again! If no one is going to help me i will take this Mather to a higher person this a scary time we are losing family, friends, Dr, nurses. There is no time for results or miss tipping to happen!
