Pathcare - robotic *****s

Absolutely shocked with the service of Pathcare, been waiting on a refund since the 3rd of March, Dealt with multiple people and keep getting the same automated response, no reply to my queries or completely ignoring my questions.

Your service is ****... My mother passed away the day before Lockdown and your team has shown no sympathy or advice in helping me process a refund that is still lingering with Pathcare to paid back to the estate. I get that lockdown has made things complicated, but, when I am asking simple questions and they just get ignored and keep getting the same DAMN response, is frustrating.

I want this dealt with immediately, so far, I have dealt with Robyn Van Der Vindt, Raeezah Sulaiman and Bronwyn Rossouw who have been of no help and are quite frankly useless at their jobs.
