Pathcare referred me to a debt collector for R109

I am so disappointed in how Pathcare goes about doing business I went to them about a year ago for some blood test and my medical aid didn't cover R109 instead of them contacting me and explain the situation, they passed all my details onto a debt collector that is still harassing after I told them I paid the money into Pathcares account. I mean a R109 it's pathetic on so many levels , the dept collecting company called VeriCred collections called me today at 8:30 AM and I just about had it with this please , I paid your R109 so leave me alone please. God I hope I never have to deal with Pathcare again.

Dear Aaliyah

Further to our investigation and as per our email confirmation.

Our method of communication in this instance to you was via email and sms’s as per the information provided on the requisition form.

As confirmed by you via email you did not have access to your gmail account for a while as you had your work email logged onto your cell phone, the sms’s were sent to the same cell number and none of these failed.

As pathologist we are dependent on the information provided and create our accounts accordingly.

The pathology tests, requested by the referring doctor, are done in good faith and in the interest and wellbeing of the patient.

As a gesture of goodwill we have waived the legal costs incurred.

Assuring you of our best intentions at all times.
