Pathcare pension fund system pathetic! My pension withdrawal claim was submitted by Vermaak Pretoria on 10th October 2019, I waited for almost 8 weeks for the payout and nothing happened. Been trying to call Donovan in Cape town without success. After several attempts I finally got hold of him on the 10th of December to find out the progress of the claim, to my surprise my forms were still lying in his inbox without being sent to Sanlam. Without showing any remorse he said he'd send them out. I called SARS today to find out if a directive was sent to them whatsoever...no request according to them. What is Donovan employed to do? I've been trying to get hold of him without any luck. I am so disappointed that I have to deal with such incompetency! All I'm asking for is for my money not a loan! This is a disgrace for such a big company!!!!!!
