Pathcare Pension fund

Employee for 3 years and 5 months. Resigned 31 August 2019. Was informed to wait 8 weeks for pension pay-out. No problem. I am very patient and know everything must run its course. After 5 weeks trying to get hold of Donovan who is the Manager of the Pension fund - to no avail - to try finding out if everything is ok for the payout at end Oct. With promises that he will phone back. Never happened. First week of Nov '19 some lady of HR -I am so grateful for her - gave me the number of Sekina, who told me she never received any papers, but she will email Donovan. Follow up following day with her - Donovan didn't reply. Ok, long story short on 5 Nov I yet AGAIN emailed forms to him. Called today - 13 Nov - couldn't get hold of him but was told he will call back as he was in a meeting. He never did!!! I phoned Sekina, she did not receive anything from him yet. I called again, spoke to 4 people when at last I insisted to speak to someone higher up. Sharaaz helped me and asked for the forms to be send AGAIN. I did that today the 13th!!! Ok, so Donovan, the elusive, at last confirmed via e-mail that he received the forms. WOW!! How utterly pathetic. So, now I must wait another 8 weeks?? How is it possible that a manager of the Pension fund just ignore messages and calls for more than 6 weeks? Now I must wait yet again because of incompetence of a so called manager.
