Pathcare not accepting Responsibility after Traumatizing my 1 week old baby

<p>This is my second review regarding this matter, Pathcare at Gatesville hospital literally truamatised my 1 week old baby by doing numuorous blood tests and failing to actually get the proper results. I logged a review last year regarding this. Now their lawyers want me to pay the bill as I refused to pay because all Pathcare could do was give me a lousy 10% discount. REALY? You think that, that makes it better that you have incompatent nurses that tried to take bloods from my 1 week old kid and failed 3 TIMES and still after the third time all results were inconsistant as not enough was taken, Now they instructing their lawyers to collect the money as they do not admit to being wrong? Why the 10% then? Was that you just being nice? Why should i pay for inconsistant results and poor workmenship. Did you even take it up with the person responsible? At the end of the day you running this "business"and dont care how you treat you patients as long as you get paid. You are disgusting to say the least and have the audacity to wantto get paid for putred service, The Dr specifically told me that the results from the blood test were incorrect and now i must pay for that? How the heck to you justify that? I am seriouly blown away by the lack of empathy Pathcare has and thinking a ****py 10% discount will make everything go away, Your name should be PathDontCare. You say you are people focused but when you hurt tiny newborns your only focus is on getting paid and nothing else.</p>
