PathCare - mediocre service
In general their service is great and for my personal accounts I have had no issues. However for my mother's accounts I have not seen a statement of account from them and suddenly the account was handed over to VeriCred for collections. They definitely need to be more on the ball with contacting customers about accounts due before handing them over.
