Pathcare is a **** show!

If there was a 0 option, I would rate Pathcare a 0 or a -0. I have just received a "Final demand" from Blakes and Associates on behalf of Pathcare. While I am am being threatened by their collection's law firm, I have never received correspondence from Pathcare notifying me of a payment that my medical aid did not pay. Pathcare never sent me the invoice or any notification of the non-payment.

How does the account reach collection, without reaching me first? I have called them and my contact details that they have, are the details that I am still using. But how have I not received correspondence from Pathcare.
