Pathcare - ***********!!!!!!!!
Pathcare accounts department have a *********** people working there. This is not the first time I have issues with them. You never receive any form of invoices or Statement of accounts from then. Then suddenly you get handed over and the first time you found out you owe them money is from their attorneys?????? How can the attorneys contact you but Pathcare itself cant????? My baby was in hospital last year June and today the 10June 2020 I received a message I was handed over?????? Never ever have anyone emailed on contact me from Pathcare. This is the first time in a year that I heard that I owe them money????? Useless *********** company. Wish one could avoid using Pathcare at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Firstly, my child was not born on the 19.07.19? His name is not Barry Newborn. In my prior email I have requested the actual proof of your audit trail as well as where this was submitted to the medical aid? Never have I gotten any sms'e or phone calls regarding this account. I can't confirm you even have the correct person here as my baby's details aren't even correct?????????? I have phoned Dr Goldswain and confirmed they have the correct date of birth. Your invoice date is the 10/06/2020?
Attached again my medical aid claims and nowhere was a claim submitted. Please get your fact straight before handing clients over due to your ***********s!
