Pathcare handover without informing

I had tests done with pathcare. After no phone call or statement i got a call from lawyers is Potchefstroom that I was handed over to them. I told the lawyer that he must send me a statement so that i can make plans for payment. Next thing here is a statement on my email from pathcare. I made the first payment of R100 en June 2019 Next payment end July 2019. The same lawyers phoned me and said when will i pay as i never made any payments I explained to them that i did start paying of and already paid R200. I phone pathcare accounts no answer i send 3 emails no response the last email i asked pathcare for a updated statement to settle account end september still no reply. Pathcare hands you iver to lawyers without informing you about accounts that is outstanding nor 1 phone call to inform you you have outstanding accounts. Please assist in this matter
