Pathcare George shocking customer service

I have just had just about the most shocking service from your Covid testing center in George (York Street) It seems to be to much trouble for your staff the be help full with basics like helping with filling in the form.... Will never use your services again - I am quite sick and needed this test to be done rather sooner than later, but just to much trouble for your staff to give any help / assistance....
