So disappointed with pathcares service in Mitchell's plain to say the least. My son went for a covid test 2 days ago where they told the results should be out max 48hours. Today we called to ask about the results then we told no it's between 48 and 72 hours. Now we only went to Pathcare because of the turnaround time bearing in mind that it cost you R850 up front. The clinic in Westridge is for free with the same if not better turnaround time. They don't realise how this misinformation impacts your live he's supposed to leave for George tomorrow morning but now he can't get that lift because he might be positive or not. So basically if you need a covid test in a hurry stay away from Pathcare Mitchell's Plain.
