Pathcare ******ion

I have no medical aid so when I used their services in 2020, I paid cash before they ran any tests on me at their Milnerton Mediclinic branch. A few months later I started receiving emails that I had an outstanding bill which I disputed and sent them copies on my bank statement proving payment. I asked them to prove to me why I owed since I paid cash beforehand. They then stopped harassing me until I received an sms from their attorney that I have been handed over. Their ******ion tactic to impact my credit rating forced me to pay that bill of R289,75. Then, today, I receive another message from their attorney demanding R365,54. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT A SERVICE I PAID CASH FOR LED TO SUBSEQUENT COSTS BEING CHARGED AGAINST ME?!?!?!? THIS IS ******ION!!!! Their incompetence to respond to me now impacts my good standing. This bully tactic by these greedy companies are despicable. I paid this new fabricated cost but I will never use their services again and will tell all my contacts the same!
