Pathcare does not CARE about people

Shocking customer service. Does Pathcare really care about the patients or is their affiliation to the doctors more important. They don't need to explain why you owe them money - if you refuse to pay because you need further clarity, they hand you over for collection. The collection sharks harasses you daily. I will ensure that if ever my family is in hospital (God forbid) - the doctor is advised not to deal with Pathcare.
