Pathcare Bellville Covid Test Site - Terrible Service

My elderly mother, who is ill, booked an appointment at Pathcare Bellville (17 Fairway close) to have her covid test today at 13:00. She messaged me at 13:10 to say she is number 9 in a queue of 10. They were standing outside in the pouring rain! Eventually they were moved inside, which is a small space and there were 6 individuals waiting. A woman in labour was waiting outside. This is despite the fact that these patients have booked timeslots. It is absolutely disgusting that appointments cannot be kept and symptomatic patients are made to wait in a closed space or outside in the rain. Unprofessional. Not in keeping with covid safety protocols. Unacceptable.
