Pathcare

I was hospitalized in September 2019 and discharged on the 4th of September 2019. In my knowledge GEMS should pay unlimitedly every amount for hospitalization o my if the service provider claimed through GEMS. Now, Pathcare claim that they took blood of me on the 5th of September 2019 while I was discharged on the 04th, I tried to ask them why haven’t they claimed through medical aid and why did they took blood of me on the date that I was home? I was not even at the Dr’s practice, When I thought it was a joke I got hospitalized again in 2020 and Pathcare did not claim from the hospital again, their claim is that they took tests for the babe I am not sure for what because I was never informed of that and why is it that Pathcare is always not paid by the medical aid? I tried to get answers even to date I’m still waiting to get an explanatory email from them. They already handed over to debt collectors and the amount is massive I don’t afford it especially because I pay medical aid for that
