pathcare accounts and vericred ongoing admin charges

My account was handed over the Vericred even though I was 1 day late on my payment. Vericred have now issued me with a payment requests to settle their admin and sms charges which I have paid and emailed them. I have tried to phone but there is no reply. There is also no email address on their payment reminder. Instead there is a fax number. I managed to find an email address on line *** and *** which I emailed POP for these admin costs. Then today I have received another sms charge. If I were you I would seriously look at changing your debt collectors as they are ******ing money of people who have already paid their accounts.
