Pathcare Account Department Worthless and ***********

My husband went for Bloodtests at Pathcare Melomed hospital. He had 2 request forms. One from the Urologist, and one from his Diabetic dr for HBa1C (Chronic basket). The *********** lady only took the Request form from the Urologist as the other form was on email. She said she cannot receive emails. I insisted, but she promised that she will put the correct codes for the tests. She did not. After 5 phone calls, 8 emails as well as complaints from Discovery Medical Aid, I still get final demands to pay the account. I am in the Netherlands and unable to call (again!). Pathcare Finance department is worthless and unprofessional, and VERY ***********!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT trust Pathcare!
