You *****ing/ taking my money without my authorisation!! I was a stem cell donor and the patients medical aid was responsible for all pathology tests. After 3 months of phonecalls and no luck i eventually got through to someone that helped me. Reversal was done..GREAT!! TODAY!!, Four months later we are back at square one. You took my money again for the same amounts and yes it's the amounts you reversed !! Your accounts department admitted again that Pathcare is in the wrong, but now I'm left with no medical savings and i must pay for my day to day medication..that i can't afford, because you left me with no medical savings!
