Path care Bellville Covid testing site - Appalling service

.Yesterday I had an appointment for 13H00 at the Bellville Pathcare Covid testing location (17 Fairway Close) for symptomatic individuals. On arrival I was expected to stand in the rain and wait along with 9 other individuals including a young mother in active labour. At 13h30 I demanded to be seen as I had an apt for 13h00 and in addition to being sick I was now cold and wet. I was taken into a small room occupied by 6 other persons – not Covid compliant even vaguely. I sat a further 10 min before I was seen. I am disgusted with the way that Pathcare treat sick members of the public and the total lack of concern the attending staff had for the plight of those persons getting soaked in the rain. My advice to everyone will be to avoid this testing station at all costs. They are unprofessional and definitely not covid protocol compliant.
