Nurse not following instructions on Pathcare form - very unprofessional

Dr sent me for a Covid test on Friday, 30 April. She requested 2 swabs, one rapid antigen test and the more expensive test. The very unprofessional nurse at Pathcare Arun Place was busy chatting to the admin ladies at the admin window. She was not on duty in the section where she had to be. So she told me she will do the swab through the window out in the public in the parking lot. Very unprofessional. I then asked her why she is only doing 1 swab as the form and dr requested 2 swabs for the 2 different tests. So this morning I got my results and only 1 of the tests were done??? Not what the dr requested.
