No staff benefits

Good day

I am utterly disgusted at how employees are being treated by Pathcare. My Dad was in an accident, was rushed to hospital and turns out staff don't have and are not offered hospital cover. This is mind boggling because he is a driver, not just any driver but a motorcycle driver which adds to the risk. His superior (Micheal) waited for Netcare hospital to send him to a state hospital before he verbally said that the company will cover the costs. He has been in the state hospital for over 48hours and has still not received proper care even though he has several broken vertebrae. We are still waiting for written communication from Pathcare stating they will cover the for the proper care he needs at the Netcare hospital.
