No results 4 days later

I went for a test on Tuesday morning. It is now Saturday and I have no results as yet. The Pathcare website says results in 48hrs, when I called they said due to the backlog it will be 72hrs. It’s now 96hrs. My test was marked as urgent because of the risk but this does not seem to have any effect. I have colleagues who went around the same time and got their results within 48hrs. This is unacceptable. Every time I call I get told I will get the results later that day but it never comes!
