No Invoice except fianl Notice sent

In September I had some blood tests done. I specified that the bill ber sent to me and to my email address, not to the medical aid or to my husband who's details are on the medical aid. I filled in all my details and told the sister multiple times to only send the invoice to me so I could pay it straight away. The medical aid does not pay for these sort of things and this would cause a major delay.<br> I have now at the end of January finally recived my invoice, but it is an extremely rude Final Notice. The company claims to have sent out other letters, but these have not arrived at my address. Firstly they sent the invoice to the medical aid, against my request. The first communication we recieved was to my husbands email (again against request) that it had been rejected by the medical aid, obviously. There was no invoice attached to this. Then in November I recived an sms with bank details -obviously I did not pay via this as iot looked like a ****. I have recieved no other communication. <br> I have emailed to complain about the bad service, but just recieved a rude email telling me all these letters they apparently sent, which I have never recieved. I did expect an apology.
