No feedback on e-mails sent re payments
Sent an e-mail to 2 separate pathcare e-mail addresses (as quoted on Pathcare invoices) on 25 March 2015. Followed up via e-mail on 31 May 2015, but not a single acknowledgement of receipt or response. Yet they are quick to send sms demanding payment when they possible owe the patient money. D*** and D***.
