No confidentiality or clear information given.

I have been receiving calls from a debt collections company collecting for Pathcare. I have been trying to understand whom exactly this debt is for as they are confused and don't know if it is for my daughter, husband or me. I eventually agreed to make an agreement to pay this money 'owed by my family' to Pathcare but after the experience I had today I am doing no such thing and I am actually appalled by how unprofessional your consultants are. Asanda who works for your company called me this morning and I told her to call me during lunch as I was busy invigilating instead she went on and called my work number and informed the person who picked up the phone (my manager - School principal) that she needed to speak me with regards to the money I owe their company. Is this not supposed to be confidential? So anyone who picks up the phone is told I owe you guys money?? I keep on getting SMS' that arrangements for me to pay on the 6th of December 2017 have been made but no payment has been made. How when it is only the 20th of November 2017 today??? Your service is appalling!!!!
