no account but bad debt bill demand
My son was in hospital and came out of hospital on the 28 july2015 and on the 6 of august2015 a week later I get a letter from pathcare bad debt collections department demanding outstanding money I wonder if they ever send the bill to my medical aid because I have not even received my first account and they have my email address as well<br> Very bad accounts department services<br> <br> I wonder if there are other pathologist services that are more customer services driven

As indicated in the above complaint, the account in query, D*** was for tests performed on your son A. Behardien on the 27th February 2015 and not for R. Behardien, as his tests were performed in hospital on the 27th July 2015
