Never again!

I had to go for a Covid test for travel today. I have been for 10 Covid Tests in the past for travel, so know it is uncomfortable. Have been tested through Pathcare before also but this branch was a nightmare experience.

We get there and the admin is beyond slow. Got there at 14h00, was only assisted at 14h30 (One test and one payment before us). Then our paperwork took almost 40 minutes - 4 people.

The person doing the test goes out of her way to push the stick extra deep (Even with a 4 year old!) Never has anyone tried to literally stick it through the nasal cavity into my throat. Both my older children was also traumatized by her and she shouted at them for not sitting still so she can push the stick that deep, having done this before we knew she is over doing it.

My youngest and daugter had nose bleeds this evening! She also shoved my daughters head back so hard she hit her head on the wall.

The staff have always been fast, efficient and did the test properly. This lady clearly either did not like us and wanted to hurt us on purpose or has no clue how to do a Covid test!

Never again will I go near Pathcare! Thank goodness for other more professional places with properly trained staff.
