Might take anaphylaxis before path care assist

I am urgently awaiting results to find out whether I am allergic to any sulphites or sulphur. Nothing that I would need counselling for. Phone in the morning and get told someone would get back to me. Phone again at 11am and get told they cannot release them to me. I point out to the lady that I need the results and they are not results that need interpretation as such. She tells me to go to a depot. I inform her I am not in Cape Town. She clearly then asks for my email address to shrug me off. I phone again in twenty minutes and get through to customer care who tell me they will pass me to the supervisor. Get transferred and it goes to voice mail. She informs me that supervisor will get back to me. I have already waited nearly 72 hours for these results and need to know whether I am allergic to sulphur or sulphites considering the reaction I had that found me in casualty. It seems that Pathcare are not really interested in help me and would prefer that I either die or spend money going to a Doctor so that Pathcare would be so kind as to deliver them the results so that they can give them to me. I wish Mediclinic were contracted to Ampaths, I would never have opted for Pathcare.
