Lies and **********

I am highly furious as this company should serve people and their health but has time to cheat people that struggle to afford full medical payments. In 2019 I got a bill I couldnt afford and made a payment arrangement. I made my first payment and my second payment then covid happened. I made payments expecting pathcare to pick these payments up but they didn't instead they handed me over to a debt collector. I ignored the debt collector as I made the payments in full. I called pathcare and they say I'm due but I advised I made payments already. To the point where I cudnt use their services unless I was fully paid while I was in hospital. I then made sure I paid all my accounts. Yet still got called by a debt collector I cudnt understand this. I then called pathcare asked for a statement and letter. They emailed me a zero balance and paid up statement. I then left it but the debt collector still called me, I then asked vericred why are u calling me they said I owed pathcare a large amount. I then sent them the letter and they advised pathcare should advise that I'm paid up. So I send pathcare my letter from themselves and advise the debt collector is still contacting me I have paid them, I owe nothing here's Ur statement some lady that thinks she's smart tells me after receiving a paid up statement owing them nothing oh she finds an amount. I asked that she should investigate cause this doesn't make sense. How do u receive a paid up statement but still owe a provider am I then dumb. I then leave the investigation and hear nothing from her but again from the collector. I emailed pathcare and they like owe they forgot yes I still owe cause I didn't pay them for 6 months lol what a joke.... This is ********** to receive someone's payments not update it accordingly then hand them over, then send them a paid up statement and then say oh no you do owe us.... I'm taking this matter further.
