Incorrectly claimed per my medical aid

Hi, I requested with so many calls and emails for the last month now to amend my claim to discovery. Discovery received a claim as a Bio Fire scan that they do not cover, per pathcare it was not this scan that was done and was a Viral and Bacterial Panels. I'm have been telling them they must amend before the end of April as my account will be closing. If the claim was correct, please prove it to me so I can take it up with discovery. If it was a Bio Fire scan, why did you do it as the doctor said he didnt order it and you also aware that discovery wont pay and had to consult with us first. Bur no one can confirm a bio fire scan and only panels that was doen.
