I have a complaint about an employee in the accounts department Amanda who couldn't deal with my account and put the phone down in my ear.

If you do that make sure the person has not got your name.

I over paid my account which she said she could see but it shows I still owe you money. She said she would send everything to me so I could check. THAT'S NOT MY JOB BUT YOURS! So do it and properly to why should I look for the fault.
