<p>Pathcare's modus operandi seems to be sending Final Notices or payment demanding SMS's without actually sending an Invoice. (This has happened numerous)</p> <p>How is one suppose to pay an invoice if you never receive one.</p> <p>Additionally the Final Notices and SMS don't contain any information as to what the payment is demanded for. For all practical purposes they can be making fictitious claims with no way of verifying.</p> <p>Is there some governing body that can/should review their accounting practices?</p> <p> </p>
