INCOMPETENCE, Worst service ever !!!

Earlier this year we done a few blood test and pregnancy test... We had a credit and they were not able to refund us, but botherec us for a month for an outstanding test we did not know about. After we as PRIVATE CLIENTS payed upfront. They used a different account holder names as they pleased.

During this week 26 July to 30July 2022 even a worst experience of incompitance and rudeness from staff at Klerksdorp Pathcare at Wilmed Private Hospital. Where after months they EVENTUALLY used the credit on our account name for new test billed, after i requested it.

After our childs birth in maternity ward and even later at the Neonathal ICU they bothered us time in and out to pay different test, wich I did. They even brought the card michine to her bed after she gave birth. I request them to bring me all the acounts at once so I can swipe once. As our child is in ICU and would not like to be bothered as we are focused on our child.

The Pediatrician requested tests daily for our new born until he is satisfied with test results. After we left the hospital on 29 July they refused to do test as dr needs to request every day for new test. What a joke. They were so rude aswell.

The staff even refused to give me info where i can complain... wow !!! Thank God we done our last test today 30 July 2022. Worst service i recieved ever. Because of this i will use another Private hospital and will lay a complaint to this regard to the hospital management aswell !

Today we waited for results, they informed us they send it to the Pediatrician, after phoning the Pediatrician they did not send him the results. Incompitance seems to be the motto here.
