Pathcare have been submitting my INR accounts to my medical aid for years without issue.

The last few months my medical aid didn't pay and only after extensive inquiries did it come out that Pathcare requires me to supply an ICD10 code for them to forward to my medical aid.

To make things worse, when I asked how long has this ICD10 code thing been in place, they respond with \it has always been this way". I have never supp**** any ICD10 codes to Pathcare. I have always just said that the reason for the INR test is heart-valve replacement.

Pathcare accounts pulled an account from 2014 that showed that the correct ICD10 codes are on there but refuse to communicate any further.

Further they can't or refuse to provide proof that I have ever supp**** any ICD10 codes in the history of doing INR tests at their facilities.

Sort out your admin/accounts department

"""
