Horrible service

The ladies inter care medi clinic in century city should learn the process of 24 hour urine collection. I was told to dispose of my urine then after they realized how stupid they looked they told me they would dispose it. And when I asked him simple questions they looked at one another clueless not knowing what to say. I think it is essential for someone working at pathcare to know procedure for when a parient asks. I was given a new can to redo my 24 urine after the lady working there was afraid to touch the can I collected my urine in even though she put on gloves and it was in a bag.
