horrible service
Completely unprofessional and disgusting service came back two times to do tests only to be told both times there's no registered nurses on site. Staff have no regard for people's time whatsoever.

I have been to Patchcare panorama in Plattekloof, my 1st visit was on Thursday 31st December on which I did blood tests but couldn't complete all the tests and was advised to return on Monday at 2 pm at which I did when I arrived, I was informed again that there are no registered nurses on duty to perform a skin test, to which the friendly consultants could not confirm as to why there are no nurses on-site and could not provide a suitable time as to when there would be one available, I had to take time off work only to be told to come back on a Thursday or Saturday as they are not sure if there would be a nurse available on those days.
