Harassing me
<p>I have been harassed at my address by this company trying to recover a debt from JML Cooke. Ms. Cooke died in 2013 and so there is no prospect of recovering the debt. I have emailed the address on the final demand and have received no response. Nobody has responded to me? I am waiting for an official letter explaining that the debt has been written off and that I will no longer bo receiving letters to my address. Also if this has been handed over to an attorney's firm, please inform them as well! I look forward to hearing from you. </p>

This is a lie. You have resolved nothing;. The matter is resolved when I get an official letter confirming the amounts of the debt and the fact that the amount has been written off both from you and your attorneys. Please do not mislead people into thinking this matter is finalised. The matter is finalised when I receive what I initially requested. Please refer to the original complaint if you are confused.
