Handover to attorneys without ever sending an invoice
My 81-year-old father was recently hospitalised and Pathcare did blood tests. The medical aid obviously paid their portion and then there were two remaining amounts of around R200 and R550 to be settled by my father. At no point did Pathcare bother to send us ANY account, invoice, or notice. They simply handed the amounts over to MTB Attorneys without ever having informed my father. Pathcare has my email address on record for his affairs and I guarantee you nothing was EVER sent to me. I used to at least receive invoices in the past. It's bad enough for an 81-year-old man to be struggling with his health and being in and out of hospital, placing strain worry on the entire family but what's worse is that you miserable c*nts have no concern for people and their legal rights to be properly billed before running to attorneys. Do you really think a sick person needs this unnecessary stress when he would have paid the ****** accounts if you had sent it? Don't bother to reply, I won't be taking your stupid calls and **** apologies or excuses in this regard. Just do f*cking better!!!!!
Thank you for contacting Pathcare and for bringing the above to our attention. I have escalated your complaint and will ensure that our accounts department complies with the query.
Would it be possible for you to send me any account details or the patients details to *** and I will have feedback for you as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely
