Handed over without notice after 3 YEARS!

<p>I am very disgusted with how Pathcare treat their clients. In 2014, I had some blood tests done at Pathcare Potchefstroom. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today, 04-04-2017, I received an email from attorneys to inform me that I have been handed over, I have 48 hours to settle the account, and if I fail to settle the account within the given time, I will be held accountable for the legal costs of the attorneys, the tracking cost, and any admin fees with intrest!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have NEVER received an account, nor have I received a notice that I will be handed over. When I asked the attorney WHY they have never contacted or informed me, she told me that they had to HIRE someone to TRACK me because they were unable to trace me for 3 YEARS! These tests were done by refferal of my doctor, whos got all my details on record. I cannot wrap my head around it. My contact details is still the same. My next of kin details also available at the doctor. How do you do tests and issue a bill without the details of the pasient?</p> <p> </p> <p>Highly dissapionted in a company which I once thought is great. </p> <p>You HIRED a person to TRACE me, handed me over after 3 years without any account or notice, while all my details is up to date at your department as well as my doctor. And now threaten me with 48 hours! Disgusting way of doing business!!!!! </p>
