Handed over for R30.20 cents

I received sms with an arrear amaount payable with reference number. Their wattsapp platform does not recognise this. The following day i called their collections dept to enquire and i was told that i owe an amount of R30.20 on an outstanding account. Realy how much money they already took from medical aid. I enquired is that how they work. A simple phone call would suffice . They realy pathetic.
