Handed over and the account is now fully paid.

My name is Mpho Motsumi. I have been handed over for an account that I had already started paying through the service provider/Pathcare. Vericred called me and I explained everything to them, they also asked for me to email all my proof of payment which I did. They never responded to my emails not to mention unreachable. They never called me until just recently. So I continued to pay my account straight to Pathcare which I'm now finished paying. To this date we're unable to reach an amicable agreement were they just need to tell me why are they still calling me for a fully paid account. I dont have a problem to pay their charges and they can send me their own bill. I am tired of their rude calls, I really can't take it anymore. They're unprofessional, unreliable because they never responded to my emails for all my proof of payments they had requested and they're unreachable. They only promise to send me their statement via email but they never do. This is really frustrating for me! Please assist!
