Great service - Keano Moreno - Accounts Division

I would just like to commend Keano Moreno from Pathcare's accounts division. We received a duplicate invoice from our Assistance Provider, which I queried immediately, given that we had already settled this, under a different account number. He went above and beyond to ensure that this matter was handled efficiently and that the accounts were brought up to date quickly! Thank you for your excellent service.
