Gatvol of Pathcare

I have an issue with pathcare over the last few months. I was admitted into hopsital in January 2025 at a hospital in Krugersdorp. My medical rejected a claim from pathcare for some bloods done then because the icd 10 code was incorrect. I went to pathcare to ask them to rectify it and they said it was actually the incorrect doctor practice number. Pathcare resubmitted with the practice number and then it was rejected again by my medical aid. Cant remember the reason as it has been multiple times that they rejected it and its a new reason everytime. Pathcare keep sending me statements saying i owe the money and then Blake and Associates are now hounding me for the money. I phoned the accounts department twice in Cape Town to rectify the issue and to ask them to tell Blake and Associates to stop phoning me whilst i sort it out. I then sent my husband to Pathcare along with the secretary of the doctor who admitted me in casualty to go and give them the correct code and then they can resubmit with the correct information. Again it got rejected and again i cant remember why, as its been too many times. I am at my whits end about what to do and where to go to from here. My medical aid is now exhausted, so they will have to wait till next year to claim from my medical aid. I refuse to pay when this needed to be sorted out by Pathcare long time ago. Its not my fault they cant follow up and get things sorted. I am really frustrated and want this sorted out and resolved. I have all the proof of emails that the lady who hepled me at pathcare sent to the aco****s team to rectify the issue and all the medical aid rejections. I also have my emails to pathcare asking them to sort it out, so someone please help me
