They get paid by Discovery but persist repeatedly in pretending that they have not been paid

They do this over and over again

Such is the extent of their dishonesty and so conclusive the proof they are being referred to the ombudsman

What they do is pretend they have been short paid Try to collect

When they are paid in full they do this repeatedly

Most likely commercial ***** on a serial scale as it’s impossible to make this same mistake over and over again

When you show them the evidence they don’t reply

So a system overhaul is required

I have seen this behavior only with this company and I have seen it for ten years

I strongly urge all customers to check their Insurers and get a full recon from them before you settle any accounts

They lie over and over again And when shown the recons they go silent
