Kindly note, claim for Drs Dietrich Bruce E Street & Partners (practice number: ***) treatment date 29/04/2020 tariff codes: 3974 and 4434 rejected due to incorrect code was used for this test (incorrect billing), test done is a Multiplex test therefore tariff codes: 3974 and 4434 is invalid for this test, the correct code is 3976 x1, our Pathology Benefits Management (VeriPath) contacted the laboratory and requested an amended claim however nothing has been received, claim will be reprocessed as soon as an amended account is received.
